BCS BnB Cleaning Services — FAQ

 

1. Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes. We bring all essential cleaning products and equipment unless you specifically request us to use your own.

2. Do you offer weekly or bi-weekly recurring cleaning?

Yes. We provide weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services for offices, commercial spaces, and routine Airbnb turnovers.

 

3. Are your cleaning services insured?

Yes. BCS operates under AJK Services Ltd. and is protected by commercial liability insurance.

 

4. Do I need to be on-site during the cleaning?

No. Most clients provide access through a lockbox, door code, fob, or building entry instructions.
You can choose to stay or leave—whatever is more convenient.

 

5. Do you clean inside appliances such as fridges and ovens?

Yes. Move-In/Move-Out and Airbnb services include cleaning inside the fridge, oven, drawers, cabinets, and other interior areas.

 

6. Do you offer same-day or emergency cleaning?

It depends on our schedule.
For urgent requests, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone.

 

7. How long does a cleaning session usually take?

Duration depends on the unit size and service type:
• Airbnb 1-bedroom unit: 1–2 hours
• Offices: 1–3 hours
• Move-In/Move-Out: 2–5 hours

 

8. Which areas do you serve?

We serve Calgary and surrounding regions including:
Downtown • NW • SW • NE • SE
Outside Calgary: Banff • Canmore • Cochrane • Chestermere • Airdrie • Okotoks

 

9. Do you provide linens or towels for Airbnb units?

Bed linens and towels must be supplied by the host, but we can replace, wash, and restock them upon request.

 

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:
